What is a Batch? In Vint-OS, each kit sold for production becomes a Batch record that carries the customer, product, dates, stages, balance, bottling appointment, notes, and history.

The sale records the deposit, the remaining balance, and the receipt.

When the connection drops
Built for unreliable internet.
A prepared device keeps essential store information available during a connection problem. Safe work is saved locally, and Vint-OS clearly identifies anything waiting to sync or requiring a connection.
Finalizing a sale, booking a bottling appointment, and email delivery currently require a connection.
- Staff see whether what is on screen is current, saved locally, or waiting on a connection.
- Safe work is recorded on the device and replayed in order once the link returns.
- An action that cannot be completed safely is held rather than half-finished.
