The basic responsibilities that apply when a store uses Vint-OS.

The service
Avern Systems Inc. provides Vint-OS, operational software for U-Vint, U-Brew, and wine-kit shops. The service supports store records, sales, production, booking, communications, reporting, offline synchronization, and printing. Features may change as the product improves.
Store responsibilities
The store is responsible for the accuracy of its products, prices, tax classes, customer records, messages, production decisions, staff access, and legally required receipts or records. Managers must review setup before taking live sales and promptly disable access for former staff.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must protect their sign-in credentials and may use the service only for lawful store operations. Attempts to bypass store boundaries, interfere with synchronization, probe other accounts, distribute malware, or overload the service are prohibited.
Availability and recovery
We work to keep Vint-OS available and preserve offline operating paths, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Stores should follow documented printer, network, and recovery procedures and report incidents promptly. Planned maintenance will be communicated when practical.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms shown to the store. Billing is processed by Stripe. A store may manage or cancel its plan through the billing portal; amounts already incurred remain payable.
